Sabudana Tikhat Bhakri

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups sago (sabudana)
  • Chickpea flour 4 teaspoon
  • Black salt
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 onion
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 boiled potato
  • Oil
Procedure:
  • Soak sago for overnight and grind with green chilies.  
  • Now mix chickpea flour, onion, coriander leaves, black salt and sago.
  • Make 6 to 8 equal balls.
  • Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan.  Now gently tap balls with both the hands.
  • Make flat bread and roast it on a pan until both the sides become crispy.
  • Garnish with green chilies and coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with green Chutney.
