Ingredients:
- 3 cups sago (sabudana)
- Chickpea flour 4 teaspoon
- Black salt
- 2 green chilies
- 1 onion
- Chopped coriander leaves
- 1 boiled potato
- Oil
- Soak sago for overnight and grind with green chilies.
- Now mix chickpea flour, onion, coriander leaves, black salt and sago.
- Make 6 to 8 equal balls.
- Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan. Now gently tap balls with both the hands.
- Make flat bread and roast it on a pan until both the sides become crispy.
- Garnish with green chilies and coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with green Chutney.
