- Wheat flour 4 cup
- Curd 125gm
- Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon
- Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Paneer diced 200gm
- Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Chaat masala 1 teaspoon
- Salt
- Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
- 2 Capsicum chopped
- Oil
- Soak wheat flour with curd, soda, baking powder, oil. Mix well and make a soft dough. Keep it to rest for 4 to 5 hours.
- Mix paneer with soy sauce, red chili powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, curd, salt.
- Heat one teaspoon of oil in a pan and roast the paneer cubes from all the sides.
- Remove it from flame. Make two halves of each cube. In the same pan roast capcicum with salt and black pepper. Now make 4 flat breads of prepared dough.
- Roast one side of bread on pan and spread the paneer and capcicum. Spread cheese on the top. Sprinkle black pepper powder,salt.
- Now again put the bread on pan and roast another side until crisp.
- Your no onion garlic paneer tikka pizza is ready to eat.
- You can have this pizza with basic homemade no no garlic tomato sauce.
