Ingredients:
  • boiled kidney beans 200gm
  • 4 onions
  • Small bowl of sliced dry coconut
  • All spice powder
  • Garlic cloves 5
  • Curd 10 teaspoon
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • Chicken masala 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala 1/4 teaspoon
  • Kitchen king masala 2 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger finely chopped 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder 1/3 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder 1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Asafoetida
  • Salt
  • Oil
Procedure:
  • Roast onions and coconut separately until brown.
  • Make fine paste with some water, all spice powder, garlic cloves, salt.
  • In a saucepan heat 4 teaspoon of oil.
  • Add cumin seeds once crackles add ginger. Stir for a while.
  • Add onion and coconut paste.  Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomato, asafoetida, chicken masala, coriander powder, kitchen king masala, garam masala, turmeric powder.
  • Cook for 2 minutes.  Add curd, red chili powder, salt.
  • Mix well, add kidney beans, some water cover the pan and cook until oil comes on surface and turns into thick gravy.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves serve hot.
