- boiled kidney beans 200gm
- 4 onions
- Small bowl of sliced dry coconut
- All spice powder
- Garlic cloves 5
- Curd 10 teaspoon
- 1 tomato chopped
- Chicken masala 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder 2 teaspoon
- Garam masala 1/4 teaspoon
- Kitchen king masala 2 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
- Ginger finely chopped 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder 1/3 teaspoon
- Red chili powder 1 1/2 teaspoon
- Asafoetida
- Salt
- Oil
- Roast onions and coconut separately until brown.
- Make fine paste with some water, all spice powder, garlic cloves, salt.
- In a saucepan heat 4 teaspoon of oil.
- Add cumin seeds once crackles add ginger. Stir for a while.
- Add onion and coconut paste. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add tomato, asafoetida, chicken masala, coriander powder, kitchen king masala, garam masala, turmeric powder.
- Cook for 2 minutes. Add curd, red chili powder, salt.
- Mix well, add kidney beans, some water cover the pan and cook until oil comes on surface and turns into thick gravy.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves serve hot.
