Ingredients:
- Paneer 150gm
- Khoya 150gm
- Sugar 75gm
- Buffalo milk 100 ml
- Corn flour 5 teaspoon
- 10 cashew nuts roughly chopped
- 10 almonds roughly chopped
- 4 pistachio chopped
- Fresh cream 4 teaspoon
- Crush paneer and khoya.
- Mix until soft Heat thick bottom pot and add paneer and khoya.
- Cook on a low flame. Add milk and sugar, mix well.
- Add corn flour whisk until it turns into dough like consistency.
- Mix cashew nuts and almonds.
- Keep it to cool. Mix sugar with cream.
- Now make flat balls of khoya and paneer mixture.
- Spread cream on each balls.
- Keep the mithai into refrigerator. Garnish with almonds and pistachio.
