Khoya Paneer Dry Fruit Mithai

Ingredients:
  • Paneer 150gm
  • Khoya 150gm
  • Sugar 75gm
  • Buffalo milk 100 ml
  • Corn flour 5 teaspoon
  • 10 cashew nuts roughly chopped
  • 10 almonds roughly chopped
  • 4 pistachio chopped
  • Fresh cream 4 teaspoon
Procedure:
  • Crush paneer and khoya.  
  • Mix until soft   Heat thick bottom pot and add paneer and khoya.
  • Cook on a low flame.  Add milk and sugar, mix well.  
  • Add corn flour whisk until it turns into dough like consistency.
  • Mix cashew nuts and almonds.
  • Keep it to cool.  Mix sugar with cream.
  • Now make flat balls of khoya and paneer mixture.   
  • Spread cream on each balls.
  • Keep the mithai into refrigerator.  Garnish with almonds and pistachio.
