Paneer karare with indian style bruschetta

Ingredients:
- 125 gram paneer diced
- 100 gram curd
- 1 teaspoon tandoori masala
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder( dhania powder)
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder (lal mirch powder)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder.
- salt.
- 6 pav's
- 1 tomato
- cheese grated
- oregano
- Mix curd, tandoori masala, coriander powder, chili powder, black pepper powder, salt. Now make some cuts to paneer cubes and coat the paneer with the mixture very well.
- Keep the paneer cubes rest for 30 minutes.
- Remove the tomato seeds and chop it. Mix salt, cheese, oregano and some curd mixture with chopped tomato and keep it aside.
- Now heat the oil in pan and roast the paneer cubes on medium flame until it become little crisp on outer layer. Your paneer karare is ready.
- Now cut the pav's into two parts and roast them.
- Now apply the tomato mixture on them and again roast for 1/2 minutes. Your Indian bruschetta is ready.
- Serve the paneer karare with the bruschetta.
