Ingredients:
- Indrayani kolum rice one small bowl
- Split green lentils(mung dal) one small bowl
- Salt
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder (lal mirch powder)
- 3 khaataai (north indian pickle)
- Cheese
- 5 garlic cloves Chopped(lehsun)
- Ghee 3 teaspoon
- Asafoetida
- 1 teaspoon oil
- Heat ghee in the souse pan and fry garlic, add tomato. Add red chili powder.
- Add hing, khaataai and cook it for 5 minutes. Add some water and cook it for another 2 minutes.
- Now add cheese, once melted add rice and dal. Cook it for 2 minutes.
- Add 4 cup water and salt cover it and cook for 23 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
