Kardai wafers (Safflower wafers)

Ingredients: 
  • One bunch of safflower leaves (kardai ki patte)
  • corn flour(makke ka aata)
  • red chili powder(lal mirch powder)
  • salt
  • oil
  • coriander powder( dhania powder)
  • asafoetida(hing)
Procedure:  
  • Wash the safflower leaves and remove the stems. Cut the leaves into equal parts. 
  • Now Mix all ingredients with safflower leaves.  Coat each and every leaf very well.  
  • Now heat oil in saucepan and deep fry the coated safflower leaves until crisp.  Your healthy wafers are ready.
