Kardai wafers (Safflower wafers)

cooking time: 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
- One bunch of safflower leaves (kardai ki patte)
- corn flour(makke ka aata)
- red chili powder(lal mirch powder)
- salt
- oil
- coriander powder( dhania powder)
- asafoetida(hing)
Procedure:
- Wash the safflower leaves and remove the stems. Cut the leaves into equal parts.
- Now Mix all ingredients with safflower leaves. Coat each and every leaf very well.
- Now heat oil in saucepan and deep fry the coated safflower leaves until crisp. Your healthy wafers are ready.
