Dal Masti

Ingredients:
  • Split Black gram (Urad dal )
  • Split Bengal gram  (Chana dal)
  • Split Green gram (Moong dal)
  • 1 potato boiled
  • 2 onions chopped
  • Green chilies 6(hari mirch)
  • Small Coriander bunch(hara dhania)
  • Jal Jeera
  • Curry leaves
  • Tamarind pulp(imli ka paste )
  • Jaggery(gud)
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Red chili powder 0ne teaspoon
  • Coriander powder (dhania powder)
  • Cumin seeds (jeera)
  • Chopped green chilies (hari mirch)
  • Bhujia Sev
  • Lemon juice (nimbu ka ras)
Procedure:
  • pressure cook all lentils.  Now mix lentils, onions, chopped chilies, salt, coriander powder, half teaspoon red chili powder, cumin seeds, potato, chopped coriander. 
  • Make round balls and make Patti.  Heat one teaspoon of oil in the pan and roast these patties.
  • Grind green chilies, salt, coriander leaves, curry leaves.  
  • Now mix lemon juice and jaljeera, add water.  Grind tamarind and Jaggery with water. 
  • Now arrange two Patties the plate. Spread green Chutney, tamarind Chutney, chopped onion and mix well.  Spread sev and chopped coriander leaves your dal bahar is ready.
