Gheewala Cheese Garlic Pav
How it sounds an Italian recipe in Indian way.

- 6 Pav
- oregano 1 teaspoon
- cheese
- garlic cloves 6 chopped(lehsun)
- salt
- ghee 3 teaspoon
- Cut the pav's into two parts. Heat the ghee on a pan and cook the garlic until it become little brown in color.
- Now mix grated cheese, oregano and salt into this mixture. Now heat some oil on a pan and roast the pav's from both sides.
- Apply the ghee and cheese mixture on one side and again roast it for a while. Your Gheewala Cheese garlic pav is ready.
