Ingredients:

  • 2 potatoes boiled and sliced
  • Rice flakes (poha)
  • Red chili powder
  • Salt
  • Green chili
  • Onion chopped
  • Pomegranate 
  • Black salt
  • Oil
  • Coriander leaves
Procedure:
  • Heat the kadai and add rice flakes, oil, salt and mix well.
  • Now roast the rice flakes until brown and crispy.  Switch off the flame mix red chili powder.
  • In the same kadai add one teaspoon of oil and roast potato slices until crisp from both sides. 
  • Now in a serving plate arrange roasted sliced potato, roasted rice flakes, green chilies, coriander leaves, onions, pomegranate, black salt.  
  • Have a bite it's different.
