Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes boiled and sliced
- Rice flakes (poha)
- Red chili powder
- Salt
- Green chili
- Onion chopped
- Pomegranate
- Black salt
- Oil
- Coriander leaves
- Heat the kadai and add rice flakes, oil, salt and mix well.
- Now roast the rice flakes until brown and crispy. Switch off the flame mix red chili powder.
- In the same kadai add one teaspoon of oil and roast potato slices until crisp from both sides.
- Now in a serving plate arrange roasted sliced potato, roasted rice flakes, green chilies, coriander leaves, onions, pomegranate, black salt.
- Have a bite it's different.
