Ingredients:
- One bunch of fenugreek leaves roughly chopped
- Coriander leaves chopped
- Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
- Asafoetida
- Sesame seeds 2 teaspoon
- Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Plain flour 150gm
- Bengal gram flour 2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder 1teaspoon
- Black salt
- Curd
- Bhujia sev
- Coriander leaves
- 5 green chilies
- 1 teaspoon tamarind pulp
Procedure:
- Mix all the ingredients. Make sticky batter like consistency.
- Heat oil for frying. Now randomly pour the batter in a hot oil and make thin pakora.
- For green Chutney grind coriander leaves, green chilies, tamarind pulp, salt.
- Now arrange the pakoras in a plate. Crush them and spread curd, green chutney, bhujia sev.
- Have a bite of healthy chaat.
- If chaat is more bitter then add some extra curd.
