Methi Coriander Chatpata Chaat

Ingredients:

  • One bunch of fenugreek leaves roughly chopped
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • Asafoetida
  • Sesame seeds 2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Plain flour 150gm
  • Bengal gram flour 2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1teaspoon
  • Black salt
  • Curd
  • Bhujia sev
  • Coriander leaves
  • 5 green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon tamarind pulp

Procedure:

  • Mix all the ingredients.   Make sticky batter like consistency.  
  • Heat oil for frying.  Now randomly pour the batter in a hot oil and make thin pakora.
  • For green Chutney grind coriander leaves, green chilies, tamarind pulp, salt.   
  • Now arrange the pakoras in a plate.  Crush them and spread curd, green chutney, bhujia sev.  
  • Have a bite of healthy chaat.  
  • If chaat is more bitter then add some extra curd.
