- Bitter gourd 500gm
- Plain flour 200gm
- Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala 1 teaspoon
- Schezwan sauce 2 teaspoon
- Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
- Salt
- Asafoetida
- Oil
- Boil bitter gourd. Cut medium dices.
- Squeeze the excess water.
- Mix all the ingredients with bitter gourd dices. In a deep kadai heat oil for frying.
- Pour bitter gourd pieces into hot oil and fry until crisp. Garnish with schezwan sauce and tomato ketchup. Serve hot.
