Schezwan kurekure karele

Ingredients:
  • Bitter gourd 500gm
  • Plain flour 200gm
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  • Schezwan sauce 2 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
  • Salt
  • Asafoetida
  • Oil
Procedure:
  • Boil bitter gourd.  Cut medium dices.
  • Squeeze the excess water.
  • Mix all the ingredients with bitter gourd dices.  In a deep kadai heat oil for frying.  
  • Pour bitter gourd pieces into hot oil and fry until crisp.  Garnish with schezwan sauce and tomato ketchup.  Serve hot.
