- Mushroom 1 packet
- Plain flour 1 1/2 cup
- butter milk 2 cups
- tomato ketchup 2 teaspoon
- salt
- tandoori masala 2 teaspoon
- chat masala 2 teaspoon
- black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
- oil
- Wash the mushrooms and cut into 2 halves.
- Mix all the ingredients with mushroom. Add some water if needed. Heat oil in the kadai.
- Now pour the mushroom pieces into hot oil. Fry until crispy and brown.
- Now insert the toothpick sticks into each fried mushrooms. Deep the mushroom sticks into schezwan sauce. Garnish with chopped coriander leave.
