Crispy Mushroom Sticks

Ingredients:
  • Mushroom 1 packet
  • Plain flour 1 1/2 cup
  • butter milk 2 cups
  • tomato ketchup 2 teaspoon
  • salt
  • tandoori masala 2 teaspoon
  • chat masala 2 teaspoon
  • black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • oil
procedure:
  • Wash the mushrooms and cut into 2 halves.
  • Mix all the ingredients with mushroom.  Add some water if needed.  Heat oil in the kadai.
  • Now pour the mushroom pieces into hot oil.  Fry until crispy and brown.  
  • Now insert the toothpick sticks into each fried mushrooms.  Deep the mushroom sticks into schezwan sauce.  Garnish with chopped coriander leave.
