Indichi Rice

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of rice
  • 3 boiled potatoes
  • Mustard seeds
  • Asafoetida
  • Schezwan sauce
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Red chili powder
  • 2 tomatoes diced
  • Turmeric powder
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • Oil
  • Salt
Procedure:
  • Pressure cook the rice.  In a hot pan add oil.   Add mustard seeds. 
  • Once crackles add tomato.  Mix well.
  • Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, schezwan sauce, salt.
  • Add potato, tomato ketchup.  Cook for 5 minutes.  Add lemon juice, coriander leaves.  
  • Mix rice and cook for another 5 minutes.  Serve hot.
