Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice
- 3 boiled potatoes
- Mustard seeds
- Asafoetida
- Schezwan sauce
- Tomato ketchup
- Red chili powder
- 2 tomatoes diced
- Turmeric powder
- Coriander leaves chopped
- 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
- Oil
- Salt
- Pressure cook the rice. In a hot pan add oil. Add mustard seeds.
- Once crackles add tomato. Mix well.
- Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, schezwan sauce, salt.
- Add potato, tomato ketchup. Cook for 5 minutes. Add lemon juice, coriander leaves.
- Mix rice and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
