Gulkandi Watermelon

Ingredients:
  • Watermelon diced 4 cups
  • Gulkand 2 teaspoon (rose petals jam)
  • Sugar 2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  • Jaljeera powder 1 
Procedure
  • Grind watermelon sugar, gulkand, lemon juice.  Mix jaljeera and churn for a while.
  • Serve with chilled ice and gulkand.
