- Watermelon diced 4 cups
- Gulkand 2 teaspoon (rose petals jam)
- Sugar 2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
- Jaljeera powder 1
- Grind watermelon sugar, gulkand, lemon juice. Mix jaljeera and churn for a while.
- Serve with chilled ice and gulkand.
