- 2 beetroot boiled
- 5 garlic cloves
- Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Chili flakes 1/2 teaspoon
- Italian spice mix 1 teaspoon
- Water
- Salt
- Oil
- Vinegar
Procedure:
- Grind beetroot. In a deep sauce pan. Add some oil and roast garlic.
- Add beetroot pulp, mix well. Add water, black pepper powder, salt, chili flakes, Italin spice mix.
- Add little amount of vinegar
- Give a nice boil for 8 to 10 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
