Beet

Ingredients:
  • 2 beetroot boiled
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chili flakes 1/2 teaspoon 
  • Italian spice mix 1 teaspoon
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Vinegar

Procedure:
  •  Grind beetroot.  In a deep sauce pan.  Add some oil and roast garlic.  
  • Add beetroot pulp, mix well.  Add water, black pepper powder, salt, chili flakes, Italin spice mix.
  • Add little amount of vinegar
  • Give a nice boil for 8 to 10 minutes.  Garnish with coriander leaves.  Serve hot.
