Ingredients:
  • Field beans 2 cup soaked (Val)
  • 2 tomato chopped
  • All spice powder 2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder
  • Curry leaves 8
  • Garlic cloves 8
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Cooked rice 1 cup
  • 4 teaspoon corn flour
  • Green chilies 4
  • Asafoetida
  • Garam masala powder
  • Oil
  • Salt

Procedure:
  • Heat some oil in a pan.  Add tomato cook for 3 minutes.  Add turmeric powder, all spice powder, red chili powder.
  • Add field beans, salts some water and cover the pan.  Cook until soft.
  • Grind the cooked field beans mixture.   Grind garlic, ginger, green chilies, curry leaves and mix it with field beans.
  • Add salt, garam masala powder, cooked rice , asafoetida and mix well.
  • Heat oil in a deep sauce pan.   Pour little portions of prepared mixture in a hot oil.  Fry until crisp.  Garnish with tomato sauce and curry leaves.
