Ingredients:
- 5 idli
- Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Curd 2 teaspoon
- Jaljeera 2 teaspoon
- Salt
- Oil
- 1 onion
- 1 capsicum
- Honey
- Make 4 pieces of each idli. Cut cubes of onion and capsicum.
- Mix curd, red chili powder, jaljeera, salt with idli, onion and capsicum.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Deep fry marinated idli, onion and capsicum.
- Add some more salt and red chili powder to onion and capsicum.
- In a serving plate arrange the idli pieces, onion slices and capsicum. Spread honey on top and have bite.
