Ingredients:

  • 5 idli
  • Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Curd 2 teaspoon
  • Jaljeera 2 teaspoon
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 capsicum
  • Honey
Procedure:
  • Make 4 pieces of each idli. Cut cubes of onion and capsicum.
  •  Mix curd, red chili powder, jaljeera, salt with idli, onion and capsicum.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan.   Deep fry marinated idli, onion and capsicum.  
  • Add some more salt and red chili powder to onion and capsicum.
  • In a serving plate arrange the idli pieces, onion slices and capsicum.  Spread honey on top and have bite.
