Teen Pakoda Taco

Ingredients:
  • Cabbage 2 cups chopped
  • Bhavnagri chilies 8
  • bitter gourds 2 cups medium slices
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • Chat masala
  • Red chili powder 2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • Bengal gram flour
  • chapatti 8 triangle pieces
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • green chutney
  • tomato ketchup
Procedure:
  • Boil bitter gourds slices and squeeze the extra water.   Now heat oil for frying in a deep sauce pan. 
  • Mix 4 teaspoon of gram flour, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, asafoetida, salt, cabbage and very little amount of water.  Knead to a hard dough like consistency. 
  • Now with the help of your hand pour cabbage mixture randomly into hot oil and make pakoras of any shape.  Keep the cabbage pakora aside. 
  • Mix coriander powder, gram flour, 1 teaspoon red chili powder with bitter gourd slices.  Add some water and mix well.  Make sure flour should coat each and every slice.  Now pour the slices into hot oil and deep fry the slices until crisp and brown in color.  Now spread some chat masala on pakoras.
  • Give slits to bhanvanagri chilies and fill some salt into each chili.  Now make thick batter of Bengal gram flour, salt and water.  Pour the chilies into batter and then into hot oil. 
  • Deep fry the chapatti pieces until crisp.
  • Now arrange the 3 pakoras on deep fried chapatti.  Spread some onion and tomato slices.  Spread chat masala on top and serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
