- Ingredients:
- 2 cup grated bottle gourd
- 5 green chilies
- Ginger
- 8 garlic cloves
- 1 onion chopped
- Asafoetida
- 1 large tomato
- Garam masala powder 2 teaspoon
- Kashmiri chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Cheese
- Oil
- Salt
- Heat 3 teaspoon of oil in a pan. Add onion and cook for 2 minutes.
- Grind garlic, chili, ginger and make smooth paste. Add this to pan and cook for 4 minutes. Once onion turns to little Brown.
- Add garam masala, asafoetida and mix well.
- Add tomato and cook until oil leaves the edges of pan.
- Add bottle gourd, salt, cheese and cover the pan. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Garnish with cheese and green peas. Serve hot with rice bhakri.
