Ingredients:
- 2 cup cabbage chopped
- 6 birnjals thinly chopped
- Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds
- Asafoetida
- Plain flour 1 1/2 cup
- Salt
- Oil
- Soy sauce
- Schezwan sauce
Procedure:
- In a pan heat 2 teaspoon of oil. Add cumin seeds, once crackles add brinjals.
- Stir for 2 minutes. Add asafoetida mix well.
- Add red chili powder, garam masala powder, salt. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add cabbage, soy sauce, schezwan sauce mix well, cook for 4 minutes.
- Mix water and oil with plain flour and kneed to a soft dough. Make small balls of equal size and roll them to a flat bread.
- Cut the pieces and give Kone shape.
- Now heat some oil in a sauce pan and deep fry the Kone. Now fill the prepared mixture into each Kone.
- Spread some schezwan sauce on top.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and tomato slices.
