Kone A Lajawab

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup cabbage chopped
  • 6 birnjals thinly chopped
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds
  • Asafoetida
  • Plain flour 1 1/2 cup
  • Salt 
  • Oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Schezwan sauce
Procedure:
  • In a pan heat 2 teaspoon of oil.  Add cumin seeds, once crackles add brinjals. 
  • Stir for 2 minutes.  Add asafoetida mix well.
  • Add red chili powder, garam masala powder, salt.  Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add cabbage, soy sauce, schezwan sauce mix well, cook for 4 minutes. 
  • Mix water and oil with plain flour and kneed to a soft dough.  Make small balls of equal size and roll them to a flat bread.
  • Cut the pieces and give Kone shape.
  • Now heat some oil in a sauce pan and deep fry the Kone.  Now fill the prepared mixture into each Kone. 
  •  Spread some schezwan sauce on top.  
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and tomato slices.
