Ingredients:
- Green peas blanched 3 cups (hare mutter)
- 2 onion chopped
- Cumin seeds
- 5 green chillies
- 3 Potato boiled diced
- Coriander leaves chopped
- Turmeric powder
- Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt
- Oil
- 10 garlic cloves
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Chat masala
Procedure:
- Roughly grind green peas. In a hot pan add 3 teaspoon of oil.
- Add cumin seeds mix well. Add some chopped onion, 2 green chillies, cook for 3 minutes. Add green peas, salt.
- Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
- In the same pan add some oil.
- Add turmeric powder, mix well. Add boiled potatoes, red chili powder and salt. Cook for 2 minutes. Add chopped coriander leaves.
- Now grind prepared green peas veggie with remaining green chilies, ginger, garlic.
- Grind potato veggie.
- Now mix both mixture. Add garam masala powder, salt, chat masala.
- Arrange them on skewers and roast them on a red hot charcoal. Serve hot with some onion slices and green chutney.
