Mutter Chutney Roll Kebab

Ingredients:
  • Green peas blanched 3 cups (hare mutter)
  • 2 onion chopped
  • Cumin seeds
  • 5 green chillies
  • 3 Potato boiled diced
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • Turmeric powder
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • 10 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Chat masala
Procedure:
  • Roughly grind green peas.  In a hot pan add 3 teaspoon of oil.  
  • Add cumin seeds mix well.  Add some chopped onion, 2 green chillies, cook for 3 minutes.  Add green peas, salt.  
  • Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
  • In the same pan add some oil.  
  • Add turmeric powder, mix well.  Add boiled potatoes, red chili powder and salt.   Cook for 2 minutes.  Add chopped coriander leaves.  
  • Now grind prepared green peas veggie with remaining green chilies, ginger, garlic.  
  • Grind potato veggie.  
  • Now mix both mixture.  Add garam masala powder, salt, chat masala.  
  • Arrange them on skewers and roast them on a red hot charcoal.  Serve hot with some onion slices and green chutney.
