Chili Chila Sabudanewala

Ingredients:
  • Sago 2 cups (sabudana)
  • 3 teaspoon bengal gram flour (besan)
  • Salt 
  • Oil
  • bhavnagari chili (moti mirchi)
  • Schezwan sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • Cheese
Procedure :
  • Soak sago for 5 hours.  Grind bengal gram flour with sago.
  • Add water and salt.  To make chila heat some oil on pan.  Spread some sago mixture.
  • Add bhavnagari chili.  Roast the chila from both sides. 
  • Spread soy sauce, chezwan sauce, cheese.  Have spicy bit of chila
