Bhogi Ki Handi Lehsun Ke Chhokewali

Ingredients:
Broad beans
Field beens
Whole green Bengal gram
Kidney beans
Brinjal
3 large onion
1 large tomato
Garam masala powder 2 teaspoon
All spices powder 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
Kashmiri chili powder 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Asafoetida
Garlic cloves 8 chopped
Seasme seeds
Oil
Salt
Procedure:

  • Peel the onion's.
  • Roast onion and tomato directly on flame.
  • Grind separately and make smooth paste.
  • In a hot sauce pan add 3 teaspoon of oil. Add seasme seeds once become Brown. 
  • Add onion paste stir for 4 to five minutes.  Add tomato mix well.
  • Add kashmiri chili powder, red chili powder.  Mix well, cover the pan and cook until oil leaves the edges of the pan.
  • Now add garam masala powder, all spices powder, asafoetida.  Add all the beans, cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Now add brinjal cover the pan and cook for another 5 to 6 minutes.  
  • Heat some oil in large spoon.  Oil should be very hot now carefully add garlic.  It should capture the fire. 
  •  Now quickly pour the spoon in a pan and completely cover it.  Remove the lid after 3 to 4 minutes.  
  • Your traditional bhogi in a Handi style with Lehsun Ka Chhoka is ready.  Garnish with seasme seeds.  Serve hot.
