Ingredients:
- 2 cup spring onions chopped
- 3 tomato chopped
- 2 capsicum chopped
- White vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder 2 teaspoon
- Asafoetida
- Garlic cloves 8 chopped
- Plain flour
- Water
- Coriander leaves
- Italian mixed Herb
- Salt
- Oil
Procedure:
- In a hot pan add 3 teaspoon of oil. Add garlic and mix. Add spring onions and cook for a minute.
- Add tomatoes mix well. Add capsicum, salt and asafoetida. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add coriander leaves and mix well.
- Keep this mixture aside
- Mix water, salt with plain flour. Add some oil and kned to a soft dough.
- Make small balls and roll them to a flat breads. On a hot non stick pan add some oil and roast the flat bread from both sides.
- Spread prepared mixture and Italian mixed herbs on one side of flat bread. Make roll and cut into pieces. Serve hot.
