Ingredients:
  • 2 cup spring onions chopped
  • 3 tomato chopped
  • 2 capsicum chopped
  • White vinegar 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder 2 teaspoon
  • Asafoetida
  • Garlic cloves 8 chopped
  • Plain flour
  • Water
  • Coriander leaves
  • Italian mixed Herb
  • Salt
  • Oil

Procedure:
  • In a hot pan add 3 teaspoon of oil.  Add garlic and mix.  Add spring onions and cook for a minute. 
  • Add tomatoes mix well.  Add capsicum, salt and asafoetida. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Add coriander leaves and mix well.  
  • Keep this mixture aside
  • Mix water, salt with plain flour. Add some oil and kned to a soft dough.
  • Make small balls and roll them to a flat breads. On a hot non stick pan add some oil and roast the flat bread from both sides.
  •  Spread prepared mixture and Italian mixed herbs on one side of flat bread.  Make roll and cut into pieces. Serve hot.
