Chisacharo

Ingredients:
  • 4 chapatti
  • Mango pickles 
  • Cheese spread
  • Cucumber slices
  • Onion slices
  • Red chili powder

Procedure:
  • Roast one side of capattis on meduim hot pan until crisp.   Now turn the chapatti and spread pickles and cheese on it.   
  • Roast other side of the chapatti.  
  • Arrange cucumber slices and onion slices on top.  Sprade chili powder and some pickel oil.  
  • Switch of the flame once chapatti become crisp on other side.   
  • Garnish with mango pickle and cucumber slices.  Your instant pizza style
