Cheese Pumpkin Fried Chili Mini Tava Naan

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup grated pumpkin
  • 2 cup plain flour
  • 7 green chilies deep fried
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1/4 backing soda
  • cheese
  • salt
  • oil
Procedure:
  • Mix all the ingredients and make thick batter.  No need to add water. 
  • Add more plain flour if it's too sticky.   Now heat some oil on a pan.
  • Take some batter and press with wet hands.  Shape it like a mini naan. 
  • Roast the mini naan on pan until both the sides gets crisp.  Spread some cheese on top and garnish with coriander leaves and tomato slices.
