Ingredients:
- 1 cup grated pumpkin
- 2 cup plain flour
- 7 green chilies deep fried
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1/4 backing soda

- oil
- Mix all the ingredients and make thick batter. No need to add water.
- Add more plain flour if it's too sticky. Now heat some oil on a pan.
- Take some batter and press with wet hands. Shape it like a mini naan.
- Roast the mini naan on pan until both the sides gets crisp. Spread some cheese on top and garnish with coriander leaves and tomato slices.
