Wada pav ki pili Chutney aur sukhi pav ki Chutney

Ingredients:
  • Gram flour 100gm
  • Salt
  • 1 potato boiled
  • 3 green chilies (hari mirch)
  • Coriander chopped(dhania powder)
  • 1 Pav
  • Red chili powder (lal mirch powder)
  • Jeera powder 1/4 teaspoon(cumin powder)
  • Oil for fry
  • Turmeric powder(haldi powder)
  • 2 garlic cloves Chopped (lehsun)
Procedure:
  • Heat oil in the souse pan.  In a bowl mix gram flour, water and salt.
  • Now pour this mixture randomly into the hot oil to make crispy chura.  Keep this chura aside. 
  •  Now fry two chilies.  In a pan heat one teaspoon of oil and add one chopped green chilies, garlic and cook for a while.
  • Now add haldi, potato, salt. Cook for a minute. 
  • Now grind half of the fried chura, potato mixture, fried chilies with some water add salt and make the semi thick paste. Your pili Chutney is ready.
  • Now grind pav, remaining chura, red chili powder, jeera powder, salt.  Your pav ki sukhi chutney is ready.
