Mutter dahi balls pizza

Ingredients:
  • plain flour(Maida) 200gm
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Curd(dahi)
  • Baking soda
  • Green peas(mutter)
  • 6 cloves of chopped garlic (lehsun)
  • Ginger chopped(adrak)
  • Cumin seeds(karta)
  • Coriander powder 2 teaspoon(dhania powder)
  • 3 green chilies Chopped(hari mirch)
  • Black salt
  • Gram flour(besan)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Oil
  • Chees
Procedure:
Topping:
  • Blanch green peas and grind them to chunky mixture.  
  • Now in bowl mix green pea mixture, coriander powder, green chilies, garlic, ginger, gram flour, cumin seeds, curd, black salt and red chili powder.
  • Heat oil in a souce pan.  Make balls of the mixture and deep fry them.   
Pizza base:
  • In a bowl mix Maida, salt, soda,4 teaspoon of curd,2 teaspoon oil.  Knead to a smooth dough keep it for rest about 6 hours.
  • Dough will be doubled in the size.
  • Make 2 to 3 equal balls of it.
  • Now roll the balls to flat bread(roti). 
  • Make holes with the help of fork on bread.
  • Now heat 1 teaspoon of oil and roast all the breads from one side on low flame until crisp.
  • Now the break the balls and arrange them on the crisp side of pizza base.  Spread lot of cheese so that balls get covered very well.  Now place the other side of pizza on tawa and roast until crisp.  Spread extra cheese if you want and eat with pizza souce.
