Ingredients:
- Kidney beans 100gm(rajma)
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder(dhania powder)
- Asafetida(hing)
- Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon(kali mirch)
- Salt
- Oil
- 2 chapattis
- One onion chopped
- 1 Tomato chopped
- 1 Capsicum chopped
- In a saucepan take some water, salt and boil the rajma. Now grind it to thick paste with the help of water.
- In a pan add 1 teaspoon of oil. Add bean paste, coriander powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder.
- Cook this for 2 minutes.
- Arrange bean paste on chapatti and spread onion, capsicum, tomato and fold it like cylinder.
- Heat 1/2 teaspoon of oil in the pan and roast the burrito from both sides.
- Garnish with capsicum rings.
