Beans chapatti burrito

Ingredients:
  • Kidney beans 100gm(rajma)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder(dhania powder)
  • Asafetida(hing)
  • Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon(kali mirch)
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • 2 chapattis
  • One onion chopped
  • 1 Tomato chopped 
  • 1 Capsicum chopped 
Procedure:
  • In a saucepan take some water, salt and boil the rajma.  Now grind it to thick paste with the help of water.
  • In a pan add 1 teaspoon of oil.  Add bean paste, coriander powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder.
  • Cook this for 2 minutes.
  • Arrange bean paste on chapatti and spread onion, capsicum, tomato and fold it like cylinder.
  •  Heat 1/2 teaspoon of oil in the pan and roast the burrito from both sides.
  • Garnish with capsicum rings.
