Stuffed paneer with cheese cube curry

Ingredients:
  • 125gm paneer
  • Cumin seeds ¼ teaspoon
  • Curd 150gm
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder ¼ teaspoon
  • Kitchen king masala ½ Teaspoon
  • Mutton masala 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon (dhania powder)
  • Black pepper powder (kali mirch)
  • Turmeric powder (haldi powder)
  • Asafetida (hing)
  • Cheese cubes 3 (diced)
  • Chopped coriander (barik kata hara dhania)
  • 4 onion slices
  • One small of bowl of Dry coconut thin slices
  • Garlic (lehsun)
  • Salt
  • Oil
Preparation:
  • Grate the paneer and make 6 equal balls and fill the cheese cubes and give the round shape.  Heat three teaspoon of oil in a pan and shallow fry these balls. 
  • Heat 2 teaspoon of oil in a pan and roast the onion slices until brown.  Same way roast the dry coconut slices.   In mixer grind onion, dry coconut, coriander, garlic and chopped coriander together and make thick paste.  
  • Now heat 3 teaspoon of oil in a sauce pan and add cumin seeds.  Now add onion and coconut paste.  Add red chili powder, turmeric, asafetida, black pepper powder, coriander powder, kitchen king masala, mutton masala, garam masala powder.   Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. 
  • Add curd and cook until oil separates the edges of pan.   Now add stuffed paneer chees balls.   Cook for 4 minutes on low flame.
