Ingredients:
- small bunch of dill leaves(shepu)
- 125gm paneer diced
- Green chilies 2(hari mirch)
- 3 roasted onion's paste
- 2 tomatoes paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder(dhania powder)
- 4 teaspoon curd(dahi)
- 2 teaspoon kitchen king masala
- 1 teaspoon all spice powder
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon(jeera)
- Oil
- Salt
- Curry leaves(Kari patta)
- Mix paneer dices with curd, red chilli powder, salt and keep it for rest for 30 minutes.
- Cook until oil comes on surface. Fry the paneer dices in 4 teaspoon oil until become brown.
- Heat 2 teaspoon of oil in a sauce pan.
- Add cumin seeds, curry leaves and once crackles add onion paste cook for 2 minutes.
- Add tomato paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, kitchen king masala, all spice powder.
- Now add paneer and cook until gravy gets reduced. Garnish with curd and red chilies.
