Shepu paneer harayali (dill paneer haryali)

Ingredients:
  • small bunch of dill leaves(shepu)
  • 125gm paneer diced
  • Green chilies 2(hari mirch)
  • 3 roasted onion's paste
  • 2 tomatoes paste
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder(dhania powder)
  • 4 teaspoon curd(dahi)
  • 2 teaspoon kitchen king masala
  • 1 teaspoon all spice powder
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon(jeera)
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Curry leaves(Kari patta)
Procedure:
  • Mix paneer dices with curd, red chilli powder, salt and keep it for rest for 30 minutes. 
  • Cook until oil comes on surface.  Fry the paneer dices in 4 teaspoon oil until become brown. 
  • Heat 2 teaspoon of oil in a sauce pan.
  • Add cumin seeds, curry leaves and once crackles add onion paste cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomato paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, kitchen king masala, all spice powder.
  •  Now add paneer and cook until gravy gets reduced.  Garnish with curd and red chilies.
