Sweet Potato Galuti Kebab

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
  • Sweet potato 3 boiled
  • 3 Green chilies 
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black salt
  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • Curd 2 teaspoon
  • Chat masala 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Semolina
  • Oil
Procedure:
  • To make kebabs mix all the ingredients and make equal size patties.  
  • Heat some oil in a pan coat patties in semolina.  Roast the kebbab from both sides until crisp. 
  • Serve hot with pudina chutney and tomato ketchup.
