Dashmdhapate

Ingredients:

  • Perl milet flour (bajre ka aata) 1 cup
  • Plain flour (maida) 1 cup
  • Green chilies 2 chopped
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  • Bengal gram flour 1 cup
  • Curd 2 cup
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Eating soda 1/4 teaspoon
  • Backing powder 1/4 teaspoon

Procedure:

  • Mix all ingredients with water and make semi thick batter.  
  • Heat some oil on a pan.  Spread some batter with the help of small bowl or spatula.
  • Make round shape and roast until golden brown on both the sides. 
  • Your dashmdhapate is ready.  Make some more.  Serve hot with ketchup or curd.
