Ingredients:
- Perl milet flour (bajre ka aata) 1 cup
- Plain flour (maida) 1 cup
- Green chilies 2 chopped
- Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
- Bengal gram flour 1 cup
- Curd 2 cup
- Salt
- Oil
- Eating soda 1/4 teaspoon
- Backing powder 1/4 teaspoon
Procedure:
- Mix all ingredients with water and make semi thick batter.
- Heat some oil on a pan. Spread some batter with the help of small bowl or spatula.
- Make round shape and roast until golden brown on both the sides.
- Your dashmdhapate is ready. Make some more. Serve hot with ketchup or curd.
