Matki Mancahw

Ingredients:

  • Moth beans (matki)
  • Green chili 1 chopped
  • Garlic 4 cloves chopped
  • 1/4 cup carrot chopped
  • 1/4 cup cabbage chopped
  • Green onion 1/4 cup chopped
  • Schetzwan sauce
  • Black paper powder
  • Tomato sauce 
  • Boiled potato paste 2 teaspoon
  • Soya sauce
  • Salt
  • Oil

Procedure:

  • Heat some oil in a pan.  Add garlic and green chili, cook for a while.  
  • Add chopped vegetables, soya sauce, tomato sauce, salt.  Roast for 3 minutes.  
  • Add water, black pepper, salt.  Give a nice boil.  Add potato paste and boil for 2 minutes. Keep this soup aside.
  • Boil moth beans in 2 cups of water.  Now mix the prepared soup with boiled moth beans.  Add some salt if require.  
  • Garnish with capsicum, red chili powder.  Serve hot.
