- Bitter gourds 4 (karela)
- 1 tomato chopped
- Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Malwani masala 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Jaggery 1 inch
- Salt
- Oil
- Cut bitter gourds into two halves and boil for 5 minutes. Keep them to cool.
- Now cut them and make small rings. Heat some oil in a pan. Add tomoto, red chili powder, malwani masala, jaggery, salt and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add bitter gourds rings mix well cook for 5 minutes. Now bit the karela in the pan with the help of steel spatula.
- Try to make small pieces of it. Cook for another 5 minutes. Switch of the flame, garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
