Rice Rava Mattar Taco

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serve: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup semolina (Rava)
  • 3 teaspoon of Bengal gram flour
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Green peas boiled 1/2 cup
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • Oil
  • Salt

Procedure:

  • Grind rice and rava with some water.  Add red chili powder, salt and make medium thick batter.
  • Heat some oil in a pan and spread the batter and make pan cake with the help of spatula.
  • Roast from both the sides until crisp. 
  • In another pan heat some oil and add red chili powder, coriander powder.  Mix green peas and salt.  Cook for 2 minutes. 
  • Now spread green peas mixture and onion on top your taco is ready have a bite with green Chutney
