Ingredients:
- Paneer cubes 150 gm
- Kashmiri red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Schetzwan sauce 1 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Soy sauce 1/4 teaspoon
- Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Onion diced
- Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
- Black salt
- Oil
- Mix all ingredients and marinate for 1 hour.
- Heat some oil in a kadai and roast the paneer cubes. Remove it from flame.
- In the same kadai add onion dices cook for 2 minutes. Mix the paneer cubes, cook for a minute. Switch of the flame.
- Garnish kadai Tikka with coriander leaves.
