Schezwan Paneer Tikka Kadai

Ingredients:

  • Paneer cubes 150 gm
  • Kashmiri red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Schetzwan sauce 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Onion diced 
  • Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  • Black salt
  • Oil
Procedure:
  • Mix all ingredients and marinate for 1 hour.
  • Heat some oil in a kadai and roast the paneer cubes.  Remove it from flame.
  • In the same kadai add onion dices cook for 2 minutes.  Mix the paneer cubes, cook for a minute.  Switch of the flame. 
  •  Garnish kadai Tikka with coriander leaves.
