Potato Satay Kolhapuri

Cooking time:15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3 potatoes
- Kanda lasun masala 2 teaspoon
- Byadgi chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce 1/4 teaspoon
- Schetzwan sauce
- Cumin seeds powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Oil
- Salt
- Satay sticks
Procedure:
- Cut potatoes into big slices.
- Mix all ingredients well with potato slices.
- Arrange potatoes on Satay sticks. Heat some oil on a pan and grill the potato Satay until crisp from all sides.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and schtzwans sauce. Season with some salt if needed.
