Potato Satay Kolhapuri

Ingredients:
  • 3 potatoes
  • Kanda lasun masala 2 teaspoon
  • Byadgi chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce 1/4 teaspoon
  • Schetzwan sauce 
  • Cumin seeds powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Satay sticks
Procedure:
  • Cut potatoes into big slices.
  • Mix all ingredients well with potato slices.
  • Arrange potatoes on Satay sticks.  Heat some oil on a pan and grill the potato Satay until crisp from all sides.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and schtzwans sauce.  Season with some salt if needed.
