For Lesun Chutney:
- Garlic cloves 15
- 1/2 cup grated dry coconut
- Salt
- Red chili powder 2 teaspoon
- Oil
- 2 large potatoes diced
- Lesun Chutney
- Black salt
- Lemon juice
- Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Malai 2 teaspoon
- Grind Lesun Chutney ingredients to a fine paste.
- Now mix the Chutney with Malai, black salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice.
- Mix potato dices into this mixture. Keep it for rest about 5 minutes. Arrange them on squiers.
- Now to make homemade tawa owen. Cut big peices of potato and place them on a hot tawa and cover it.
- Once smoke comes out, gently place squiers on these potato slices. Cover the pan and cook from all the sides.
- Turn the squiers in every 10 minutes and spraed the marinate on top. Once potato dices become brown in colour remove them from flame
- Garnish the Tandoor Batate with lemon wedges, green chilies, and lehsun chtney on top of each potato dices
