Lasnacha Chatniche Gharguti Tandoor Batate

Ingredients
For Lesun Chutney:

  • Garlic cloves 15
  • 1/2 cup grated dry coconut
  • Salt
  • Red chili powder 2 teaspoon
  • Oil
For Batata 
  • 2 large potatoes diced
  • Lesun Chutney
  • Black salt
  • Lemon juice 
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Malai 2 teaspoon
Procedure:
  • Grind Lesun Chutney ingredients to a fine paste.
  • Now mix the Chutney with Malai, black salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice.
  • Mix potato dices into this mixture. Keep it for rest about 5 minutes. Arrange them on squiers.
  • Now to make homemade tawa owen. Cut big peices of potato and place them on a hot tawa and cover it. 
  • Once smoke comes out, gently place squiers on these potato slices. Cover the pan and cook from all the sides. 
  • Turn the squiers in every 10 minutes and spraed the marinate on top. Once potato dices become brown in colour remove them from flame
  • Garnish the Tandoor Batate with lemon wedges, green chilies, and lehsun chtney on top of each potato dices
