Dudhichi Wadi

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups grated bottle gourd
  • 1 cup Bengal Gran flour
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Vinegar 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 
  • Oil

Procedure:

  • Mix all ingredients with some water and oil.  Add salt and make 5 cylinder shapes.
  • Cook them into pressure cooker.  
  • To make wadi cut them into pieces of shapes you like. 
  • Heat oil in a sauce pan and deep fry the Wadi pieces.  Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
