Ingredients:
- 4 potatoes boiled
- 2 cup okra sliced
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
- 1 capsicum chopped
- red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- cheese
- salt
- oil
- Cut potatoes into 2 halves and make scoop inside each halve.
- chop the extracted potato from scoop.
- Heat 2 teaspoon of oil in a pan and roast okra slices. Add capsicum and mix well.
- Cook for 3 minutes. Now add extracted potato. Mix well.
- Add garam masala, red chili powder, salt. Cook until all the vegies get little brown in color.
- Add onion and tomato. Cook for another 2 minutes. Switch of the flame
- Now stuff the okra mixture into scooped potato halves. Heat some oil in a kadai and place this
- potato halves into kadai. Roast until cook very well and crisp and brown colour on top.
- Grate the cheese on eache potato halve. Garnish with chopped onion and tomato and coriander leaves.
