Batata Ka Ghotala

Ingredients:
  • 4 potatoes boiled
  • 2 cup okra sliced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • cheese
  • salt
  • oil
Procedure:
  • Cut potatoes into 2 halves and make scoop inside each halve.
  • chop the extracted potato from scoop. 
  • Heat 2 teaspoon of oil in a pan and roast okra slices.  Add capsicum and mix well.
  • Cook for 3 minutes.  Now add extracted potato.  Mix well.
  • Add garam masala, red chili powder, salt. Cook until all the vegies get little brown in color. 
  • Add onion and tomato. Cook for another 2 minutes. Switch of the flame
  • Now stuff the okra mixture into scooped potato halves. Heat some oil in a kadai and place this
  • potato halves into kadai.  Roast until cook very well and crisp and brown colour on top.
  • Grate the cheese on eache potato halve.  Garnish with chopped onion and tomato and coriander leaves.
