Kheer Sanduryachi Kokum Wali

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup semolina (suji)
  • 1 cup dry coconut grated
  • 10 almonds chopped
  • Caster Sugar 1 cup
  • 10 cashew nuts chopped
  • 1/4 cup buchanania lanzan (charoli)
  • 2 teaspoon poppy seeds (khaskhas)
  • Milk 3 cup
  • Kokum syrup 2 teaspoon
Procedure:
  • Dry roast semolina, dry coconut, almonds, cashew nuts, buchanina ianzan and poppy seeds.  Until little brown in colour.
  • Heat one sauce pan and boil the milk.  
  • Pour the roasted semolina mixture, give a nice boil.  Once it gets little thick, add kokum syrup mix well and switch of the flame.  Garnish with cashew nuts and almonds
