Kheer Sanduryachi Kokum Wali

Ingredients:
- 1 cup semolina (suji)
- 1 cup dry coconut grated
- 10 almonds chopped
- Caster Sugar 1 cup
- 10 cashew nuts chopped
- 1/4 cup buchanania lanzan (charoli)
- 2 teaspoon poppy seeds (khaskhas)
- Milk 3 cup
- Kokum syrup 2 teaspoon
Procedure:
- Dry roast semolina, dry coconut, almonds, cashew nuts, buchanina ianzan and poppy seeds. Until little brown in colour.
- Heat one sauce pan and boil the milk.
- Pour the roasted semolina mixture, give a nice boil. Once it gets little thick, add kokum syrup mix well and switch of the flame. Garnish with cashew nuts and almonds
