Rice Jeera Papdi Chaat

Ingredients:
  • Rice flour 1 small bowl
  • Cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black salt
  • Kasuri methi
  • Nylon sev
  • One onion chopped
  • green chilies 2
  • half tomato
  • cumin seeds powder
  • coriander leaves one small bowl
  • Salt
  • Oil
Procedure:
  • To make papdi, add some water in rice flour, cumin seeds, kasui methi, balck salt, red chili powder and knead to tight dough.  Make small balls and roll them to round shapes. 
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the papdi. 
  • To make chutney grind green chilies, tomato and coriander leaves.  Add salt and cumin seeds powder green chutney is ready.
  • To make papdi chaat, arrange the papdi on plate and spread nylon sev, onion and green chutney enjoy.
