Ingredients:
- 1 Tori
- 3 Green chilies
- 12 Garlic cloves
- Bun pav 8
- 2 Onion sliced
- 1 Tomato sliced
- Cheese
- To make Thecha grind chili and garlic to a fine paste.
- In a pan heat some oil and add garlic, chili paste. Cook for a minute.
- Add grated tori, salt and mix well.
- Cover the pan and cook for 7 to 8 minutes until tori gets cooked.
- Cut the bun pav and spread the thecha. Arrange onion slice, tomato slice and spread cheese on top. Roast the berger from both sides until cheese gets melt.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
