Dodka Thecha Berger

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Serve: 4

Ingredients:
  • 1 Tori
  • 3 Green chilies
  • 12 Garlic cloves
  • Bun pav 8
  • 2 Onion sliced
  • 1 Tomato sliced
  • Cheese
Procedure:
  • To make Thecha grind chili and garlic to a fine paste.
  • In a pan heat some oil and add garlic, chili paste.  Cook for a minute. 
  • Add grated tori, salt and mix well. 
  • Cover the pan and cook for 7 to 8 minutes until tori gets cooked.
  • Cut the bun pav and spread the thecha.  Arrange onion slice, tomato slice and spread cheese on top.  Roast the berger from both sides until cheese gets melt.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
