Brown Bread Mung Sandwich

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serve: 4

Ingredients:
Green lentil 1 cup
All spice powder 1/4 teaspoon
1 Onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
Oil
Salt
Brown braeds
Procedure:
Heat some oil in a pan.  Add onion and cook for 2 minutes.  Add tomato, all spice powder, salt.
Cook for 5 minutes.  Add green lentils and cook for another 10 minutes.
Spread green lentils on a brown bread.  Heat some oil on a pan and roast from both sides until crisp.
