Ingredients:
- Potatoes 5 boiled
- All spice powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Kashmiri red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
- tamarind pulp one small bowl
- jaggery small piece
- cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
- cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon
- black salt
- garlic cloves 8
- red chilies 4
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 capsicum chopped
- one inch of dry coconut
- salt
- oil
- pizza bread
- dabeli peanuts
- pomegranate
- nylon sev
- cheese
Procedure:
Tamarind Chutney:
- Soak tamarind and jaggery. Grind them to a fine paste. Add some Kashmiri chili powder, cumin powder and black salt.
Garlic Chutney
- Grind garlic, red chilies and coconut. Add salt according to test.
Pizza:
- Heat some oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, tamarind chutney. Stir for a while. Add kashmiri chili powder, all spice powder and salt.
- Now mix mashed potatoes and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now roast one side of pizza bread. Apply dabeli mixture on roasted side. Apply tamarind and garlic chutney.
- Roast onion and capsicum and spread it on pizza. Now spread cheese on top.
- Now roast the another side of pizza until crisp.
- Garnish with dabeli penuts, nylon sev and some fresh coriander leves.
