Lauki Bharta Pizza

Ingredients:
  • 1 bottle gourds diced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Kanda lasun masala 1 teaspoon
  • Sechzwan sauce 1 teaspoon
  • Tomato ketchup 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic, ginger paste 1 teaspoon
  • Green chili 1 chopped
  • Plain flour 2 cup
  • Curd 1 cup
  • Backing soda 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cheese
  • Salt
  • Oil
Procedure:

For Bottle Gourds Bharta
  • In a pan add some oil.  Add onion, garlic, green chili, ginger and cook for 3 minutes.
  •  Add bottle gourds, red chili powder, garam masala powder, Kanda lasun masala and coriander powder.
  • Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add tomato ketchup, schetzwan sauce, salt cover the pan and cook until soft.
For Pizza Base
  • Soak plain flour with curd, soda, baking powder, oil.  Mix well and make a soft dough.  Keep it to rest for 4 to 5 hours.
  •   Now make 4 flat breads of prepared dough.  
  • Roast one side of bread on pan and spread the bottle gourds mixture on it.  Spread cheese on the top. 
  • Now again put the bread on pan and roast another side until crisp.  Your bottle gourds Bharta Pizza is ready.
