Double Bea Spinach

- Lima beans 1 cup (double bea)
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- Spinach leaves chopped 1 cup
- 8 garlic cloves
- Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala 1 teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon all spice powder
- Oil
- Salt
- Heat 3 teaspoon of oil in a pan.
- Add garlic, mix well. Add onion, double bea and salt. Cook for 2 minutes on high flame.
- Add tomato, red chili powder, all spice powder. Mix well and cook for 8 minutes.
- Add spinach leaves, salt if required. Cook for 2 minutes. Your simple double bea spinach is ready
