Double Bea Spinach

       Ingredients:
  • Lima beans 1 cup (double bea)
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • Spinach leaves chopped 1 cup
  • 8 garlic cloves
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  • 1 teaspoon all spice powder
  • Oil 
  • Salt
Procedure:
  • Heat 3 teaspoon of oil in a pan.  
  • Add garlic, mix well.  Add onion, double bea and salt.  Cook for 2 minutes on high flame.
  • Add tomato, red chili powder, all spice powder.  Mix well and cook for 8 minutes.
  • Add spinach leaves, salt if required.  Cook for 2 minutes.  Your simple double bea spinach is ready
