Ingredients:
  • cabbage 2 cups chopped
  • capsicum 1 cup chopped
  • green onion 2 cups chopped
  • 1 tomato paste
  • 1 onion  paste
  • Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  • red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • 1 green chili thinly sliced
  • 1 inch ginger finely chopped
  • schezwan sauce
  • asafoetida
  • salt
  • oil
Procedure:
  • Heat 3 teaspoon of oil in a pan.  Add green chili and ginger mix for a while.
  • Add onion paste, salt and roast until brown.  Now add tomato paste, garam masala, red chili powder, asafoetida and cook until oil leaves the edges of the pan.
  • Add cabbage, capsicum and some water.  Cook for 5 minutes.  Add green onions and cook until all the water reduces.  Add schezwan sauce mix for a while.  Switch of the flame
  • Garnish with some green onions and serve hot with steamed rice
