Ingredients:
- cabbage 2 cups chopped
- capsicum 1 cup chopped
- green onion 2 cups chopped
- 1 tomato paste
- 1 onion paste
- Garam masala 1 teaspoon
- red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- 1 green chili thinly sliced
- 1 inch ginger finely chopped
- schezwan sauce
- asafoetida
- salt
- oil
- Heat 3 teaspoon of oil in a pan. Add green chili and ginger mix for a while.
- Add onion paste, salt and roast until brown. Now add tomato paste, garam masala, red chili powder, asafoetida and cook until oil leaves the edges of the pan.
- Add cabbage, capsicum and some water. Cook for 5 minutes. Add green onions and cook until all the water reduces. Add schezwan sauce mix for a while. Switch of the flame
- Garnish with some green onions and serve hot with steamed rice
